To Break Free - Give All!
I woke up this morning and went downstairs to have my alone time with the LORD. This song came to my mind, I hadn't heard in a years (since I was a little girl) - "Is Your All on the Altar?"
Have we given God our all? Many Christians have no problem giving Him their spirit when we accept Jesus as our Savior. But, have we accepted Him as our LORD? LORD is master. The Master owns everything! He wants all of us - our bodies and our soul (mind). He doesn't make us; but once we have given Him our body and our soul we will know what it means to live perfectly blessed! We will walk in divine health (mentally and physically). We will not lack any good thing!
Psalm 84:11 (KJV) For the LORD God is a sun and shield: The LORD will give grace and glory: No good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.
Psalm 23:1 (AMPC) THE LORD is my Shepherd [to feed, guide, and shield me], I shall not lack.
Psalms 34:10 (NKJV) The young lions lack and suffer hunger; But those who seek the LORD shall not lack any good thing.
To break free you have to give your all to Him! Your mind, your body and your spirit! You can trust Him! He will not let you fall!
Now unto Him Who is able to keep you from falling and present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy! (Jude 24) You will have great joy! Joy like you've never known when you give up everything to Him.
